Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Delivery Times Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
- Germany: 5–10 business days
- EU: 7–14 business days
- International: 10–20 business days
Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs clearance and local conditions beyond our control.
Shipping Costs
- Free shipping on all orders over €35
- Standard shipping rates apply to orders under €35
Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.
